Dear resident
With Halloween fast approaching I just wanted to remind people to be safe and respectful.
I would like people to be mindful that not all members of the community participate in the festivities, and if you do enjoy trick or treating yourself or take your children out, please think carefully of the addresses you attend. If the lights are off or there are no decorations or pumpkins, stop and think, do you really need to knock on there, it could be a vulnerable, elderly, unwell or frightened person behind that door and knocking could scare them, they could be a family with a young child trying to sleep or even shift workers trying to get some rest.
