Ellesmere Town Hall

Ellesmere Town Hall was built in the late 60’s, and became part of Ellesmere Town Council in December 1981. The Town Hall is a community hall, that provides use for a large number of local organisations, as well as commercial use and private functions.

Ellesmere Town Hall can be hired 7 days a week, day or night, and bar facilities are available.

The building is easily accessible and user friendly for all.

The Town Hall is separated in to one large hall, one small hall, and a committee room. A foyer, kitchen, cloakrooms and bar complete the facilities.

Management prides itself on providing good service for our hirers of the hall and benefits from being large enough to hold functions for 250 people, this is depending on how you would like your room layout.

MAIN HALL

The Main Hall is our largest space, and is regularly used for many different types of events. With an excellent wooden floor, movable tables and seating to allow you to set your ideal room up as you would like.

With enough space for dance floors, DJ’s and buffets we can even accommodate a bouncy castle inside the Hall.

SMALL HALL

The Small Hall is our second largest room, which is used for smaller events. With hard floors, movable tables and seating, you can create the layout that you desire. The Small Hall is very light and airy with large windows, and has access directly to the kitchen (If it is required).

For a smaller more intimate gathering, this could be the perfect room for your next event. Although if you require that bit extra space why not book the Committee Room to, with affordable pricing and movable Partitioning wall this could give you that bit extra space you require.

 

COMMITTEE ROOM

Our Committee room is the smallest room within the Town Hall. This room can be perfect for small gatherings, meetings or conferences. The Committee Room is also bright and airy, with double patio doors leading out in to our garden area.

The Committee Room is perfect for small meeting, however if you require more space, we have the movable Partitioning wall which can also open out in to the Small Hall to give you the ease of a larger gathering.

KITCHEN

Situated alongside the Main Hall and Small Hall, the community kitchen can be used as a fully working space. It can be hired in conjunction with booking other rooms within the Town Hall.

OTHER FACILITIES

Ellesmere town Hall provides ample off road free parking to the front and rear, including disabled bays to the front of the building.

The Town Hall is a very inclusive venue, as all of our spaces are fully accessible, including a disabled WC.

There are 2 designated smoking areas, which are located at the back of the building, which are clearly sign posted.
