Ellesmere Town Council is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of HRH Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, our thoughts and condolences go to the Queen and Royal Family at this sad time.
The flag at the Town Hall shall remain at half-mast until the morning of the day following The Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral.
Please do keep in mind that COVID restrictions remain in place, therefore large gatherings are not possible and laying of flowers is sadly not advisable in the current circumstances.
