Re-opening of Play Equipment
Ellesmere Town Council managed play areas have been closed since 23rd March 2020 in accordance with Government Guidance. New guidance has been released enabling the opening of play equipment as from the 4th July 2020.
Whilst Ellesmere Town Council is committed to re-opening its play areas and outdoor gym equipment it recognises the need to provide community facilities to help people enjoy outdoor activity.
The Council also recognises that it must provide a safe environment for those using the facilities, therefore a full play area inspection needs to be carried out before we can officially re-open this play area. The inspection will be carried out on Thursday 9th July.
Should you choose to use the equipment before this date, please be advised that you do so at your own risk.
